I've been working with Michael and his team for close to 1 year. He is knowledgeable and he is reliable. He is usually always available to take my call and he stays in contact, which is important during times that are stressful and uncertain. He is extremely professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone who has mortgage needs or questions.
We choose to work with Mike Belfor and American Pacific Mortgage at the advice of our realtor who had previous experience closing homes with Mike. We were buying our first house and Mike understood that and made great effort to answer questions for us. Micheal and his team was very professional. I was blind sided at the end with the closing cost and would have appreciated a heads up. However, throughout it all, Micheal and his team were responsive to any concerns and called weekly with updates just to make sure i was aware of how things were progressing. I would recommend them and use them again.
Michael Belfor is an absolutely amazing mortgage broker!! Throughout the mortgage process he contacted me every day to make sure I had no questions and just to touch base. We had a difficult situation with our purchase. Didn't pass appraisal. Michael was able to work with us and the underwriters to get the transaction to more forward.
Mike Belfor and his team (Matt and Laura) were fantastic! They bent over backwards to get us closed on our home in record time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND APM, I've already sent them a referral as they are professional, timely, and fun to work with.
Michael provided incredible customer service and did everything he could to get us the best rate possible.
