I've been working with Michael and his team for close to 1 year. He is knowledgeable and he is reliable. He is usually always available to take my call and he stays in contact, which is important during times that are stressful and uncertain. He is extremely professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone who has mortgage needs or questions.

Micheal and his team was very professional. I was blind sided at the end with the closing cost and would have appreciated a heads up. However, throughout it all, Micheal and his team were responsive to any concerns and called weekly with updates just to make sure i was aware of how things were progressing. I would recommend them and use them again.
Michael Belfor is an absolutely amazing mortgage broker!! Throughout the mortgage process he contacted me every day to make sure I had no questions and just to touch base. We had a disaster in the end - my buyer's loan fell through - and Michael was there with back up options and even assistance to the buyer when his mortgage person completely failed the process. We had a difficult situation with our purchase. Didn't pass appraisal. Michael was able to work with us and the underwriters to get the transaction to more forward.
