So I have been in my new house for three weeks and I am just now able to take a few minutes to write a review. Moving is such a crazy time only to be trumped by buying a house. Michael made the whole process of refinancing my hoime painless and pleasant! He was on top of everything and stayed in touch everyday. i would highly recommend him!
Michael was terrific with his communication. My situation was very complicated and he was able to get it done. I was able to get an FHA with 3.5% down payment at a 3.625% rate. If you have a complicated situation definitely contact Michael. Be very hands-on and he is very responsive. I had an issue with the escrow company and he was able to work with him very closely to get the deal close. He was also true to his words on some promises he made. I would definitely use him again and refer my friends to him.

Michael and team did a great job. First off they did a pre-underwriting for me within a week so that I could do a no financial contingency offer which helped me win my house. Second, they closed a day early on a 21 day escrow which surprised me. Third, they had a rate and were able to give me a low down payment loan like no other broker could. Good communication and very quick and thorough work.
