Michael and team did a great job. First off they did a pre-underwriting for me within a week so that I could do a no financial contingency offer which helped me win my house. Second, they closed a day early on a 21 day escrow which surprised me. Third, they had a rate and were able to give me a low down payment loan like no other broker could.
