I have known Michael Belfor since 2009 and had have one Home purchase and three Mortgage refinances for my two homes. Last refi one was closed recently. They are also being a great experience in terms of honesty, knowledge, and easy to deal with. Also, he always tirelessly looks for lowest price for me and lower my initial rate if he finds one. Michael and his team were incredible. They worked so hard every step of the way for us. They worked so well together, and Michael was always there for us. Michael made the whole process of refinancing my hoime painless and pleasant! He was on top of everything and stayed in touch everyday. i would highly recommend him!
Michael was terrific with his communication. My situation was very complicated and he was able to get it done. I was able to get an FHA with 3.5% down payment at a 3.625% rate. If you have a complicated situation definitely contact Michael. Be very hands-on and he is very responsive. I had an issue with the escrow company and he was able to work with him very closely to get the deal close. He was also true to his words on some promises he made. I would definitely use him again and refer my friends to him.
