Mike was such a great asset to have when buying our first home. Unlike other lenders he made sure to have a face to face introduction and truly get to know us before starting the process. He called every week just to check in and answer any questions or concerns as the home-buying process is very stressful and hard to navigate with the industry jargon. He made sure I got my information as soon as possible. He would check up on me and see if I needed any help. Collecting paperwork can take time but he always checked in to let me know we were almost done. He was awesome.
