Michael called my while my husband and I were on a one year "Vanlife" retirement trip around the US. Michael had remembered that we wanted to apply for a loan before we sold our business and retired. As a buyer of a TIC property, I had to navigate the complexity of a non-traditional mortgage but I'm glad I had Mike and Joe on my side. They worked incredibly fast and super responsive.
