Michael and APM provided incredible customer service. He was friendly, always available when we had questions (which were many), and did everything he could to get us the lowest rate possible (which was lower than even we expected!). We've already recommended him to others, and plan to use him in the future!

I have known Michael Belfor since 2009 and had have one Home purchase and three Mortgage refinances for my two homes. Last refi one was closed recently. They are also being a great experience in terms of honesty, knowledge, and easy to deal with. Also, he always tirelessly looks for lowest price for me and lower my initial rate if he finds one. You communicated clearly and regularly. Despite the external stressors; for example, Corona Virus pandemic, you remained focussed and did not show signs of apprehension, which in itself, was very encouraging to me as a client.

My husband handled most of the transaction, but here is what I know... Last time we financed a house it took forever and my husband was stressed the entire time. Nobody was communicating with him and he felt like he couldn't trust what people were telling home. This time, the Belfor team communicated daily and it seamed like he always had good news about the process. We closed 10 days earlier than we had planned and my husband still has all his hair. Michael was terrific with his communication. My situation was very complicated and he was able to get it done. I was able to get an FHA with 3.5% down payment at a 3.625% rate. If you have a complicated situation definitely contact Michael. Be very hands-on and he is very responsive. I had an issue with the escrow company and he was able to work with him very closely to get the deal close. He was also true to his words on some promises he made. I would definitely use him again and refer my friends to him.
