I can't emphasize enough how easy Mike and Joe made our home buying process be. As first time home buyers, we were overwhelmed with required documents and contracts we knew nothing about. They walked us through every step of the way while providing detailed information to help us understand exactly what we were getting in to. It can be a really frustrating and scary experience to purchase one's first home, which I was doing, and Mike and his team made it as easy as possible, with frequent updates and calls, simple explanations of the steps ahead, and fast responses to questions.
