Every time I bring my dog here, I'm amazed how efficient they are. Great service and knowledgeable.
A few years ago my cat has a fever and wasn't eating so I took him to the vet I was using at the time, and was charged $400 on all sorts of tests and such. They never found why but the antibiotics worked and her was feeling better soon. After a bad experience with that vet Midland was recommended to me and I started going there instead. Once again my cat had the mystery fever so I took him to Midland and this time the bill was $80 because the vet wasn't trying to make me pay for treatment I didn't actually need. They never upsell and even suggested that I buy my pills online because my dog needs pills twice a day forever. Cha ching.
I just took my beagle there yesterday - she was attacked by another dog and had some puncture wounds in her leg. When I called in, the receptionist was nice and flexible about somehow fitting me in around MY crazy schedule. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They were very sweet to Rosie and didn't try to "upsell" me on anything. They respected why I was there and tended to the issue at hand. Rosie was happy to have some pain killers and antibiotics. For my first visit I was very impressed with Midland. They were attentive, knowledgable, friendly and welcoming. No one made me feel bad about the fact that my dog needed a bath which I also appreciated (he was bad & couldn't take him be/ the emergency we experienced). They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I can add more as we have more interactions with them.
One of our cats last May got some usual swelling that would come and go, so we took her to the clinic. Dr. Polishuk, who helped us, was amazing in her care and dedication to finding out what was going on. We ended up at Midland Animal Clinic several times a week as her condition worsen. Dr. Polishuk had even called me on her days off with test results and showed me medical books detailing possible illnesses to keep me informed. We've been going to Midland Clinic for the last 20 years. They have always been compassionate ,caring, as well as competent with Blazer, CHewy,Killer and Smokey, during that time. They will go out of their way to help with any special requests or needs you may have for your pet.
My dog is my baby and this place treats her the same way. The vet technicians are always do sweet to every animal. All the vets care about the animals. They don't try to trick or overcharge you. An honest place. Over the years I have taken 4 different dogs here.
I love this place. You can tell that they care about animals and they really love their jobs.
