For my first visit I was very impressed with Midland. They were attentive, knowledgable, friendly and welcoming. No one made me feel bad about the fact that my dog needed a bath which I also appreciated (he was bad & couldn't take him be/ the emergency we experienced). They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I can add more as we have more interactions with them.

One of our cats last May got some usual swelling that would come and go, so we took her to the clinic. Dr. Polishuk, who helped us, was amazing in her care and dedication to finding out what was going on. We ended up at Midland Animal Clinic several times a week as her condition worsen. Dr. Polishuk had even called me on her days off with test results and showed me medical books detailing possible illnesses to keep me informed. We've been going to Midland Clinic for the last 20 years. They have always been compassionate ,caring, as well as competent with Blazer, CHewy,Killer and Smokey, during that time. They will go out of their way to help with any special requests or needs you may have for your pet.

My dog is my baby and this place treats her the same way. The vet technicians are always do sweet to every animal. All the vets care about the animals. They don't try to trick or overcharge you. An honest place. Over the years I have taken 4 different dogs here.

The best animal clinic in the world! I have been taking my dog there for years!! The staff is absolutely amazing and the vets are gentle and caring! Every single time I have ever been there, I have had the best service, deals, and care! I highly recommend this clinic to all pet lovers! I am so sad I moved to Northern California and that I can no longer take my dog there ! Please open more locations!! We need more animals clinics like this one in Northern California! Been coming here for years for my family's pets. Now coming for my own puppy and although I love this place and the people, I have to say its quite pricey. But I guess you can be in a place like Poway. The place is roomy and always very clean and I can't say enough about the service. The people there are so incredibly patient and helpful. My pup has a hard time being calm enough to get the simplest check-up but they are so nice to wait, work with us, and give us options. I should have written this review 3 months ago when I took our 9 year old pup to them because he was limping. I made an appointment an hour in advance and when I got there they still were waiting on my old vet to send our dogs medical information. Once that got cleared up he went in to see the vet. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. The Vet did a good overall check an was with us for maybe 10 minutes. Got a prescription for his limp and then headed out. Great service, nice helpful staff. They listened to our concerns. They spent a decent amount of time assessing my four legged baby's needs with the genuine care she deserved and didn't overprice us. The clinic is clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Dr. Augustine was polite, attentive and professional. Our dog has made improvements in the areas we addressed and we are happy campers!
