Great service, nice helpful staff. They listened to our concerns. They spent a decent amount of time assessing my four legged baby's needs with the genuine care she deserved and didn't overprice us. The clinic is clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Dr. Augustine was polite, attentive and professional. Our dog has made improvements in the areas we addressed and we are happy campers!

My husband and I have been taking our 3 pet cats to Midland Animal Clinic for many years. Dr. Augustine, Dr. Switzer and Dr. Myers have made sure our furry babies are in good health. Since moving to their new location, the care and service have not changed; it's still the same little vet clinic that used to be across the street, just with more space and better equipment and services to treat their four-legged patients. Midland Vet is absolutely the best place ever!!! We have gone to other Vets with cats, now we have dogs too, and HUGE bills that were not necessary. Midland is honest, caring, and there for your companion. They are not there to swindle more money into their pockets. I am sooooo glad I received so many referrals from friends and people at the dog park. It is no wonder they have such an amazing reputation!!! I will never go anywhere else. ever!!!!

We have been extremely happy with this clinic. We got our dog, rescued from the middle of the road, a little over a year ago and took her here for her first and now second exams and rabies booster. Always friendly, and the wait is not too awful considering the number of folks bringing in their pets. The staff has always been friendly and they will even write prescriptions that we can use at places like Petcare RX without hassling us over them not getting the sale.

I've been coming here for 22 years. Over the years they've taken care of my horses, my dogs and my cats. You don't realize how great they are until you've been to another vet. I recently moved to Las Vegas and had to take my dog in because he was scooching on the carpet, when they brought him back out he had a cut on his leg. Apparently he fell off the table. That's never happened at Midland. I plan on moving back to SD, not to Poway, but I will make the drive to make sure my dog get's the best cared possible.

My wife and I took our dog Olive here since we've been living in San Diego. They always did a great job and Olive LOVED going to see the vet. Their 24 hr on call doctors were willing to get up in the middle of the night to help out and answer any questions. When Olive died they did a great job getting everything arranged and taken care of. We got a letter of condolence signed by all their staff. I would highly recommend for quality care for your pet.

We recently switched to this vet clinic because of some discouraging $ hungry behaviors of our previous vet whom we'd used for about 10 years. We were wary of switching because we didn't want to fall into another service provider who was financially motivated - it has not been the case with M.A.C. We are more than pleased with the care and attention we've received. I am always wary of going to a new vet because there is nothing worse than someone guilting you into spending a small fortune on your pet when it may not even be necessary. Midland Animal Clinic surpassed all my expectations! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We took our dog in for an injury and was expecting mandatory x-rays, pills, shots, etc. Instead of vet was very practical and let us know all our options. They are very fair priced and provide a loving environment and great care. Our cat, Puma, was very well taken care of, couldn't recommend them anymore.
