Super fast and was able to come in same day. Nurse practitioner was great and very knowledgeable. She explained everything really well. Was able to be treated for an ear infection and back out the door quickly. Will absolutely be back, but hopefully won't need to be

I have used this business multiple throughout the years...cold symptoms, eye infection, and flu shots: all with great experiences. Guiltily, Midwest Express Clinic is somewhat of a primary care physician for me. I needed to get a flu shot for work and after calling CVS, Aayu clinic, Advocate clinics, and being redirected to websites to make appointments, I was told I needed to wait 3 days. Quick, efficient and thorough. I even came early and because I registered everything online, they took me in early. I recommend a morning appointment.

Came in for a COVID test. Whole process was pretty easy. I booked my visit online about 3 days before the my exam. Even though I didn't get any notifications or alerts the day of, I showed up and checked in right away. It was pretty empty while I waited. The exams was super fast and not as uncomfortable as I expected. Will definitely return here for future covid exams.

We came a month or two when my toddler dislocated her wrist. Making the appointment was a little confusing because of COVID but we showed up and called and were told that someone could see us. We were greeted in such a friendly way. My daughter was nervous and her wrist was in pain, but they gave her a little crown which absolutely made a bad day a whole lot better. Had a COVID test done here. I looked for an appointment on Tuesday and the earliest option was Thursday afternoon. The staff was polite and took proper precautions. The doctor called with my results on Saturday. The whole process was easy.

They were both fast and kind! As long as you make an appointment online ahead of time, and wait in your car as advised, you should have no problem.

Nurses openly talk about letting people bleed out and die for their political beliefs. Not a safe place for decent people. How can the care be quality when only a few are considered worthy of care? They don't care for anyone who doesn't walk in lockstep with their far left beliefs. For your own sake, give this clinic a pass.

I came in last March for an issue and was seen relatively quickly and to my satisfaction. However, Midwest Express never sent me an invoice. They never emailed or called for payment. I didn't think about it since I had provided a credit card upon check-in, so I just assumed they had billed the card. Nine months later, while checking my credit report, I discovered that they had sent my bill to collections, despite never having invoiced me directly.
