Go to the Edwards Clinic at Jewel instead! I am only giving this place 2 stars because of it's late hours and because the people were nice, but they try to charge you for anything and everything! We were even charged $108.98 for the follow up visit to get the results! Even though we asked to have the results mailed or to call us. Luckily our insurance group is in contract so we only have to pay $65.39 for the follow-up, we are still waiting on our insurance to see what they pay. Having been Labor Day and with every other place closed, I settled for going here. First impressions are a big deal, and this location has failed in many aspects. First off, after making an appointment through the phone, I arrived at 8:57 am for my 9:00 am appointment. Except for the one employee who gave my son a small snack.I would not recoomended this place to anyone.I may an appointment for 6pm.I was not seen until 8pm.When I asked why,was told they had to take walk in first..Why are you allowed to make appointments.I made an appointment because my son has autism .They were others their waiting for hours also.
Never come on Saturday! Made an appointment and still waited for over 2 hours! (They told me 30 minutes) Miserable experience.
It's clean and nice location and convenient that my insurance takes this place, however the service is awfully slow. I waited almost over an hour to see a doctor who made me feel like she was rushing me out and not being attentive. When I called to set up the appointment I had said it was for IUD check. Brought my son in who was actively getting sick in the waiting room after being here for about 5 minutes. Only one person was here ahead of us (for a physical). I watched as 5 people went in ahead of us, none of whom were here for active illnesses. We were finally called back after a little over an hour of waiting. Yes, the place may be clean and organized. But here it the issue, the personnel (the lady at the front desk and the nurse person who did the triage) have the most driest, depressing personalities ever. I took my wife here today because of severe back pain. The only positive about this whole experience was the nurse that was checking up on her. She seemed to be the only one that cared about her condition. My wife was in so much pain that the nurse brought her cold and hot packs, suckers, and water because she almost fainted. The service is prompt and friendly, my wait was no more than 15 minutes. However the physician ultimately diagnosed me with the common cold (and he wrote off some of my serious symptoms). I later found out that I had an extremely bad sinus infection, and it should have easily been caught when I had my visit. Will not be coming here again.
