Ohhh Dear Amelia..I'm sure you're nowhere near sorry. And me calling to waste my time complaining about a practice this facilty uses repeatedly is just that...A WASTE. I didn't even see a REAL doctor and got a bill with $180 after insurance. And I was waiting in that room for almost an hour. I went there only because there are options for walking in.i will definitely not go back.

Horrible wait times, even with an appointment. I sat around for over an hour past my appointment slot. I sat around for another 45minutes in the doctor's room while waiting for the doctor as well. Not only that, but their billing department has been nothing but a pain. I've had my bill go to collections without so much as a word from the clinic.

What a horrible experience!! My wife called yesterday and asked for the out of pocket price of a physical with ekg and blood work and was told it was $150. She agreed and made an appointment for this morning. When she got in she was told the physical was $100 which she paid. Her blood was taken and they did an ekg and then when she was leaving she was told that the ekg and blood work was "extra" and that she owed another $160 after the fact!!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. I walked in and was the only person waiting. 3 people show up while I'm waiting. 20 minutes from arrival I get called in for vitals. Taken to a room and LEFT THERE FOR 30 minutes. Finally, I decide to leave and the doctor is sitting in her office. Not one person in the waiting room. I work right near there and will be sure to tell people to stay away. Really, 50 minutes in an empty office is not express.

They make you give a credit card even if you have insurance and they charge any balance that insurance doesn't cover to the credit card, which is kept "on file" for a year. You cannot bypass this as it's "their policy." If I wasn't so sick, I would have left and gone somewhere else. I will not be back.

I was there recently and I was taken back by the rudeness of the staff the medical assistant was very rude to me and he front desk woman acted like I was bothering her when I asked her a question. I believe this clinic management needs to hire staff that is qualified and trained to work with patients! I am in healthcare and I have never been treated so rudely ever in my life. Please hire proper staff! I will not ever return here nor will I refer anyone or recommend this place for this reason!
New policies and a lack of an actual doctor ever being there have caused me to change my review from 5 stars to 1. The charges are much higher than a normal doctors office and insurance doesn't cover the same way because of the facility type. As of January 1 They want a credit card on file so if insurance doesn't pay fast enough they will just automatically charge you. I don't think so! Goodbye MidWest Express Clinic!
