So i waited about 2 months after visiting for the 3rd time to write this review in hopes my tone would cool down and i could write an honest review that is not too heated. Well, thats not gonna happen because this place flat out sucks! The doctor and the receptionist are terrible! The receptionist told the waiting room that their computers were down and didn't know when they would get them back up. I visited this "immediate care" clinic because my mother in law was suffering from leg and foot pain, both her legs and feet were swollen. She had suffered from this type of swelling before, in which she landed in the hospital for several days, so you can imagine her concern. I checked in online and visited the clinic around 5 hours after checking in and still waited approximately an hour to be seen, were given paperwork to fill in, so I'm not sure what the point of checking in online was. Don't bother going here. I had an appointment at 6:10 pm and there were 2 people already in the waiting room. 30 mins later I was seen by a person who took my weight and blood pressure. Was asked a few questions and why I was here. This is a follow-up appointment from 3 days prior. Obviously the notes they took 3 days ago didn't mention anything about why I had come in the first time. After another 30 minutes without seeing a doctor, I asked for my co pay back and left. My son waited in the room for over an hour just for a physical. It only took a few minutes to get the physical. Not real happy.

This is the last time I come to this location. After being here for 3 hours, I'm still in a room waiting to be seen! Honestly ridiculous. The waiting room wasn't even full when I got here, there was only 3 people sitting in front of me. They're anything but express!

Dr.Linda Palumbo has been my primary physician for removing some warts on my hands. She was trying to bring me 3 sessions to remove 10 little warts but I could hardly convince her to take care of me. A day after I noticed she burnt two spots and I gave them a call but unfortunately thry didn't answer me correctly and they said : it's going away in a couple of days. This place sucks. I did my other, good review for a Dunkin donuts gift card. I waited for an hour and then left. I had an appointment and even the people who were here before me were still waiting. Buy some Advil cold, it's much more helpful than this place will ever be.

Horrible attitudes from the front desk women. Gave me wrong paper for different patient. After seeing them I went to primary doctor and found out the meds they gave me are unnecessary and I am so sick from them. Would not recommend to anyone. Needs new front desk staff. I work in area and will not recommend this place to any more clients.

As a personal rule, I do not normally post negative reviews on Yelp. I work in the service industry, for one, and I am highly empathetic to the challenges therein and also see how Yelp is often used as a tool to abuse people. I am making a very rare exception because this is a medical setting, and the incompetence I experienced here was totally unacceptable to me.
