They make you give a credit card even if you have insurance and they charge any balance that insurance doesn't cover to the credit card, which is kept "on file" for a year. You cannot bypass this as it's "their policy." If I wasn't so sick, I would have left and gone somewhere else. I will not be back.

I was there recently and I was taken back by the rudeness of the staff the medical assistant was very rude to me and he front desk woman acted like I was bothering her when I asked her a question. I believe this clinic management needs to hire staff that is qualified and trained to work with patients! I am in healthcare and I have never been treated so rudely ever in my life. Please hire proper staff! I will not ever return here nor will I refer anyone or recommend this place for this reason!
New policies and a lack of an actual doctor ever being there have caused me to change my review from 5 stars to 1. The charges are much higher than a normal doctors office and insurance doesn't cover the same way because of the facility type. As of January 1 They want a credit card on file so if insurance doesn't pay fast enough they will just automatically charge you. I don't think so! Goodbye MidWest Express Clinic!
Will never visit this clinic! My son used the online registry to reserve a spot to reduce wait time. He arrived to the clinic at around 1 pm and was told they were not seeing patients at that time and to return at 3:15pm. So i waited about 2 months after visiting for the 3rd time to write this review in hopes my tone would cool down and i could write an honest review that is not too heated. Well, thats not gonna happen because this place flat out sucks! The doctor and the receptionist are terrible! The receptionist told the waiting room that their computers were down and didn't know when they would get them back up. I visited this "immediate care" clinic because my mother in law was suffering from leg and foot pain, both her legs and feet were swollen. She had suffered from this type of swelling before, in which she landed in the hospital for several days, so you can imagine her concern. Don't bother going here. I had an appointment at 6:10 pm and there were 2 people already in the waiting room. 30 mins later I was seen by a person who took my weight and blood pressure. Was asked a few questions and why I was here. This is a follow-up appointment from 3 days prior. My son waited in the room for over an hour just for a physical. It only took a few minutes to get the physical. Not real happy.
This is the last time I come to this location. After being here for 3 hours, I'm still in a room waiting to be seen! Honestly ridiculous. The waiting room wasn't even full when I got here, there was only 3 people sitting in front of me. They're anything but express!
