Recommendedback in June 2022 they overbilled me by $130. It is April 2023 and they haven't refunded my money yet. I keep calling their Billing Dept and they keep telling that it is being processed. In my book I call this scamming. None of my family members will use their services ever again.

Seriously? You come to the clinic, you're here in person and at reception they ask you to go on line to be attended. This place is such a waste of time.
You are not treated as a person. You are treated like a number. I arrived 15 minutes early for a scheduled follow-up appt and was told all the people there are ahead of me..even though I made an appt. I couldn't wait over an hour to be seen as my husband was being discharged from the hospital. Horrible customer service!
DO NOT and I mean DO NOT go to any of these urgent case facilities especially Buckhead/wicker park on Damen Ave. They will not care how sick you are but how much money they can get from you. After visiting there and being told by PA Emily Grace to call back if I had any questions, I was turned away without poring more money into the facility first. Do NOT waste your time here! The girls at the front will tell you 15 minutes for a shot. Then take people after you checked in before you! A simple little Lipo-B12 shot to inject in your arm and they make you wait 25+ minutes. Ended up asking fir a refund and walking out. Super slow. Never ever again!
I've never experience anything like this before. Employee name Morgan was so rude that I had to leave cuz she was only worried about my payment but not to explain to me what is all included with that payment. My brother is long time constumer here and now he is considering to changethe clinic as well.....shame on them all never be back again
Terrible billing experience. Received an invoice with incorrect patient name, requested an update and revised bill before I pay. I again received 3 more incorrect invoices with the wrong name on it. When I finally gave up asking I set up a 3 month payment plan that started in January-paid, February- paid, March not due yet, but they sent our account to collections! My family and I frequent Midwest Express and were happy. Most of the time I’ve seen Anna or Ruta (I think that was her name. But today I brought my child and was very disappointed. I was very upset with the experience at the front. Our insurance has no deductible and no out of pocket cost after the $10 copay. So there is no need for my credit card.
