I went here for a COVID-19 test and they charged a $65.00 fee for a 30 second virtual visit to receive my results!

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would! This place is VERY unprofessional and their staff are not on top of anything. They never notified me of my bloodwork results coming in and I called so I can have the doctor read me my results over phone and I called FOUR times and they kept pushing me off to the side. I spoke to Ayesha and she claimed she wrote down my information, but kept asking me the same questions regarding my callback number and fax number for my PCP. This place is horrible and very unprofessional. The front desk staff both over the phone and in person are very rude. I've visited this place for treatment several times. The last two times, they didn't provide me with my results over email when I signed the release form. They lied to me twice saying they had emailed me the results. When I called back, the line was busy. This place does not care for their patients. I will never go to this place again.

The office is unorganized! My kids and I had flu shots on October 1, 2018. Yes, that is right...over a year ago. I continue getting their bills from 2018 and today is October 15, 2019. It is supposed to be cover by the insurance. They started mailing the bill in April of 2019. Every month since April, they mail statement regarding flu shots from October 1, 2018. Never again will we go there.

I'd give a couple stars for the actual doctors and physicians here but the front office staff completely wipes away any chance off that. I've went here several times and there has never been a pleasant experience. This final experience was the final straw. The front office worker completely lied about not receiving a fax, even though my pharmacy said they'd confirmed it. She then proceeded to laugh and mock me and what I had to say, saying "that's not how this works, so that's funny". I needed a prescription refill of a... read more

Kristen sobol is a racist sorry excuse of a health professional !! I came in today because of a lingering cough that she even insisted was bronchitis after hearing it. After already informing both the nurse and her that I was taking mucinex & zzquil and I needed ANYTHING stronger to sleep through the night. She tries to tell to me they don't prescribe cough syrup when in fact a month ago they prescribed my WHITE mother in law cough syrup while her cough was lingering and a different dr a linda palimbo even prescribed me cou... read more

Went in for a sports physical for my 6 year old and waited 1hr and 15 minutes. People that came in after us and waited to go back for 10-15 minutes were brought back right after us and seen by the dr first. Horribly long wait for a 5 minute procedure. Clearly they don't have an efficient way of keeping track of what patients are next. Never again.

So the weight loss program is a sham.... Don't waist your time or money... Waited 40 min to talk to Dr. Kristen... Then was told I would have to get An ekg and blood work... Was told if I could get it today she could help me... Did so and then was denied.... Waisted time and money... I don't recommend

Ohhh Dear Amelia..I'm sure you're nowhere near sorry. And me calling to waste my time complaining about a practice this facilty uses repeatedly is just that...A WASTE. I just won't waste my time any further by going there and spend my time making sure no one else makes the same mistake. Good day. My issue with this place and other Urgent Care facilities is what I see as predatory practices to get extra money from insurance companies and extra co-pay fees from patients. My visit went well.
