Came for an X-ray of my son's ankle. Staff is not very helpful and definitely not friendly. We've been here 2 hours already and still waiting to see the doctor. People have left because they're aggravated with the long wait and lack of communication. Apparently the doctor is busy with a "complicated" procedure so is unavailable to other patients right now. Better off going to the ER
Took my six month old in because he had an infected hang nail. Two people ahead of us. We literally waited two hours here. Two. Hours. When asked how much longer it should take the nurse said she had no clue. Absolutely freaking ridiculous. Left before a dr could even see us.
2/18/2017 had appointment at 12:30pm they got me in to take my weight and blood pressure at 1:15pm then told me wait in a room I waited till 1:45pm no one came to say they were backed up or anything. didn't even see anyone else there. I had to just walk out of there with no answers. Very bad service will never go there again and would not recommend anyone to go there. I had to go pay someone else to tell me I had a cold. I would not even give them 1 star. Should be shut down.
This place is a disaster. DO NOT go here! The facilities are nice but the staff is completely disorganized. My first few visits were encouraging but since then I can tell they are only out to make money and do not care about the patients. They did not even send in a prescription they had told me they would. Walgreens tried to chase them and then I did and they said I needed to come back in as they did not fill the prescription in a proper amount of time. Hello Lexie! I wanted to apologize right away because you had to experience a delay in getting the medication necessary for your treatment. Protocols at our facility disallow any provider (Physician/Nurse Practitioner) calling in prescriptions without a face to face encounter, this is simply a tool we use to protect ourselves from liability. If I could give this place negative 100 stars, I most definitely would. I went to see somebody I knew that worked there. The receptionist convinced me to get a shot for the pain in my ankle, I don't know if they watered the medication down for sure, but I do know that it didn't even work for 2 days. And they play fast and loose with their billing. I was told it would only cost so much for that shot. They now have me in collections. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. They provide incorrect data regarding what you will have to pay for there service. I came to their facility to remove a wart and at the time the over the counter medication wasn't working. I tried the generic version which was my mistake. Well I went in asking if they could freeze it off which they stated yes but they claimed I would have to visit 3 or 4 times in order for the wart to be removed from my finger. Was seen 04/14 (sorry so late) for chemical exposure causing severe head/eye/temple pain besides facial/sinus/mouth/skin burning. I have chemical sensitivity & this exposure was from unit below ours (drugs also there) at Hinsdale Lake Terrace where they make all sign drug free housing addendums but do not enforce them (appearing to be due to friendships) but instead terminated us because of our medical they stated they would accommodate for. I woke up with an excruciating headache on Saturday. No previous problems and did everything I could think of to help... Natural remedies, over the counter, etc. but head hurts so bad I can't even sleep. Called this clinic this morning and explained that I am new to the state and where I currently live. Be cautions! Stay away from this clinic!!! Scam! I had to take my son for a bad cough, as his doctor was out of town. Not only that they have prescribed medicine that they were not licensed to prescribe and the pharmacy had to change it, but they scammed us with the bill after that. When I got there I was told that the exam costs $75. Since this is the first time there, I had to fill in forms in which I had to disclose my insurance info.
