The front staff is great. There is a secretary who knows me and wastes no time with getting me checked in under the correct information. I have experienced good and bad providers. The good providers listen and presribe me the appropriate medication. The bad providers were just that. I brought my 4 year old and they scared the day lites out of me with some nuts and incorrect diagnosis. The wait time does stink! I wish they could improve that!
Customer service is less than desirable. Some staff seem to not want to be there. There are some good people here though. It is just hit or miss for who you get.
Wife and I got the B12 Groupon. So far so good. We have received our first round and seems to be working. Time will tell if b12 shots are legit.
I took my son in for a sports physical when he decided last minute to participate in cross country running. Fast, efficient service. Very organized and clean. Dr helpful and pleasant. They took my private insurance and we were in and out in 40 minutes.
Brought my son for a physical for school. It was a fairly smooth process from start to finish ! Provided cable in the rooms which helps to keep the children entertained by PBS!!
The staff is very kind and helped us with exactly what we needed in a quick amount of time. Great place!
I came in the afternoon and waited about an hour in the waiting room and 45 minutes in the patient room. The facility is clean and organized. Parking is hard to find so leave enough time for that if you have an appointment. Overall it's a good option if you can't get in to see your primary care doctor but be prepared to wait a while.
Had an 11 am appointment still waited an hour before we were . Other than that everyone was nice. They have televisions in their rooms so that helped pass the time. The Nurse practitioner was very nice. She was quick to assess.
They could have done better , a little more time efficent. but overall friendly atmosphere. I recomemd it if you are not looking for something dealing with an urgent emergency.
