I had a leaky water heater that was no longer working. They came out and had it fixed in a day... there is nothing like hot water for a shower. It was expensive but I know it was done right and that is what was most important. I want to give a big shout to the team Jose Romero, Daniel and Rene. They were wonderful. I would definitely request these guys if I need further work!

Very friendly staff and technicians. Followed up quickly via phone and text. Able to address my emergency need for help on same day. Explained work steps clearly and precisely. Conscious of health concerns, wearing masks, gloves and booties during their visit. Top grade for response time and customer interactions. Highly recommend.

Joseph and team did an amazing job replacing the water heater in my house. He is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The quality of work is outstanding and he answered all my questions. They drained the old water heater, removed it safely, and made upgrades to meet the code. Then new water heater was installed. All this was done within a day after contacting them. Mike Counsil team is always in professional uniform and have clearly identifiable company vans. They are worth the money

I had a potential clog in my skimmer line for a pond and waterfall feature in my backyard. I contacted Mike Counsil and they sent Bobby Mata and his partner the very next day. They were prompt and got to snaking the pipe immediately. This was a tough job and Bobby and his partner worked in the sun for a good 2 hours. I needed to have all three of my old toilets replaced and our middle bathroom upstairs shower replaced as well. The Mike Counsil Plumbing & Rooter employees did an 'excellent' job in getting the work done in a very timely manner. They also found a crack in our toilet flange which would have cost us a lot more money if it had split open. They showed us the crack so we wouldn't think they were trying to pull a fast one over us. There truly is NO better plumbing company in the San Jose area! I highly recommend Mike Counsil Plumbing! I had multiple plumbing issues, and techs Daniel and Zack took care of all. They were knowledgeable, efficient, provided thorough descriptions of each issue/solution, cleaned up the work spaces, and the price for the installations and repairs was very reasonable. I've used other plumbing companies in the past with not great results. I will be using Mike Counsil Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.
