I'm a house Manager for several families. I handle home repair appointments (setting them up, being there for the appointment, payment etc). Mike Counsil Plumbing unfortunately wouldn't work me...they wouldn't even speak to me or answer any basic questions. I explained I had homeowners approval and was hoping at the very least to schedule a walk through so I could give the homeowner an estimate. I just called to check if they are available today since my toilet looks clogged. The lady answering the phone never gave an answer immediately, and kept asking me provide all the information. Even when I made it clear that I need help today as out toilet is clogged, she kept ignoring the question and repeated like a machine for all my info. I would not use Mike council as I seem more interested in selling products and services versus taking care of the consumer.
