Passport Mini has a Great Service Dept! These men and women were beyond courteous and helpful. They really knew what they were doing, and are good at repair and communication. When our 2008 Mini Cooper S was having serious problems, we were able to be seen the same afternoon, were given a loaner vehicle and were back on the road in less than 15 minutes from dropping off the car and describing the trouble. Treated like VIP!!!!!!!!!! First Class Dealership After looking for used Chrysler Pacifica's for 2 weeks (my wife had totaled our old Pacifica earlier in the month) this new car dealer had a used one on the lot with 112K miles. Fine buying experiene My purchase of a quality used car (over recent Holiday weekend) was pretty much a painless experience as everything went exceptionally well. My salesman was Peter L. and he was polite, professional, straight forward and accountable. I was pleased with the deal that we agreed to and the delivery arrangements made. Good overall experience! !! Blake D.was my sales rep and he was very good too. He was considerate to my time and my budget, although there were some minor damages undisclosed in the listing they make sure they fixed them before I left. I went in with low expectations but was in then end what I suspected was surpassed. Overall good quality delaer with good staff and they made it very comfortable and easy getting in and out.

Best Service, EVER! Thanks, David Rockwell! I brought my Cooper S in for service after being told by another dealership that I have $1100 worth of services that were, apparently, "not covered" by my rather expensive extended warranty. The previous dealership charged me my warranty deductible of $100 for services/repairs which they did NOT fix. purchased a 2012 BMW 328i coupe Spoke with dealership on phone about vehicle. Made a offer and within 30 minutes had a price agreement. Flew from Wilmington N.C. to Baltomore M.D. Sales person picked me up and drove me to the dealership. One hour later was on my 7 hour drive back to N.C.
