Top notch Dealership and super friendly staff I had the best experience in terms of buying my 2012 Mini Cooper S. I had visited another dealership and spoken with several on the phone before meeting my salesman over the phone at MINI of Alexandria. He did not pressure me in any way and went over and beyond to find my car and get me in and out. I have top praise for the sales manager, financial manager, and the service department. computer update my experience was excellent, i was contacted by the dealership to bring my 2021 mini in for a manufacturer requested service, made the original appointment by phone which was confirmed by email....i realized i had a conflict for the original date but easily changed the appointment by email...the work was performed in less than the time i expected and my car was returned to me washed and vacuumed
Aloof Sales and Management Been going here for since they first opened in up (2009) for service and have bought 2 new Mini's here. Service department is average, finance department is average, sales and management are aloof and unresponsive to issues after they've taken your money.
Passport Mini Reaches Out Our year old mini was due for an oil change as well as a state inspection. The dealership called us at home to set-up a visit and even offered to pick up our car if we preferred not going out (we’re seniors.) We opted to go in and get the work done. Dealership has adopted procedures to manage working during the pandemic. Completely satisfied with how Passport Mini runs their business.
Mini car not mini price I was told three times the need to use the oil Mini recomened which is 5-30 but this is not what was on my bill. I was also told they did Not change my oil, but I was billed for an oil change. This was only a part of my $5,000 bill. Great fun car to drive, but not when it comes to repairs. My advice is sell your Mini before the warranty runs out.
Buy from anywhere else Lovely salesman but the manager was one of the most absurd people I’ve ever met. Refused to talk business. Dramatically tore his KBB appraisal at the end. A total waste of time.
Beyond Frustrated with Title "Corrections" Purchased a 2016 two-door mini hardtop from this dealer in May 2019; received my title, which incorrectly stated it was a 2014 four door hardtop. I took the title back to the dealer on July 27, 2019 to have both corrected. I received another title in early August on which the year was corrected, but the doors were not. No remorse On Wednesday, May 22nd, I purchased a 2014 Mercedes C300 from Mini of Alexandria at 5990 Duke Street, Alexandria VA. It seemed to be a great deal. The car had less than 25k miles and was reasonably priced. I worked with Matt who came across as a great salesman and seemed to be genuine. Have a Mechanic look at the car before purchase! I am beating myself. I bought used car that ended up having issues. Off course they do not have a return policy for all their cars per the GM Peter. I can sell it back to them at a 3500 loss. If buying a used vehicle make sure you have a mechanic with you, do a lot of research otherwise you will cry real tears!
