"Great Immediate service" For years Allen Rollocut has taken care of my Mini needs. Yesterday I had a nail in my tire and went to see Allen late in the afternoon. Allen was able to arrange to have it repaired immediately. When I go to see Allen everything is taken care of and he has always given me excellent advice.

"Great service and trusted customer service" I bring my wife's "baby" - a 2012 Mini Coupe in for servicing with great confidence. I know I can trust Allen Rollocut to identify and recommend the service needed. He does a great job describing what is needed and why. He also informs me of the maintenance that is coming due, allowing me to decide whether to defer it or have it handled while I am already there.

"Car Service" Me. Allen Rolocut was extremely professional and well knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the service and the importance each needed service. Allen really represents Baltimore Mini in a way I will always come back not only for service, but to purchase my next Mini. The type of service Allen provides really makes Mini stand out from other dealers. and but other car manufacturers.
