"Above and beyond expectations!" Jonathan (Yoni) Baron and his service team were outstanding in, not only diagnosing the electrical and computer communication issues with my 2009 Mini Clubman, but handling every issue with efficiency and professionalism at minimal cost. "Yearly service" Alan was a pleasure to deal with. Service was performed in a very professional manner. While waiting for a part a loaner was provided at no charge

"So THIS is what dealer Service is supposed to look like!" Had an entirely effective experience with the Mini Baltimore Sevice Dept...diagnosing the engine light, discussing 3 problems, and choosing which problems needed addressed immediately. I must say there was high technical understanding and customer advocacy by Jonathan (Yoni) Baron. Thank you!

"Exceptional Mini Service" I purchased my second Mini Cooper from the Baltimore dealership in 2016 from Jeff Testerman, I have been servicing my 1st mini with Yoni since 2014. Yoni always goes beyond expectation and is so very helpful. "New Mini Cooper" I purchased my second Mini Cooper from the Baltimore dealership this year. I recently had a problem with the air conditioning. Yoni was able to secure an appointment, a loaner car and very friendly service quickly. He kept me updated on the status of my repair and had everything fixed in a short time. His customer service was outstanding. Thank you!!

"They put the "service" in customer service" Unllike many other businesses today, courtesy, manners, service and a sense of humor is not forgotten at MINI of Baltimore County. "Customer care" Yoni knows his product well and is very professional in relating the service requirements and issues to his customers. My car service was carried out on time and finished when promised.

"Excellence in service!" I am on my second MINI now these 12 years, and Yoni and Allen have always been absolutely topnotch in every endeavor.
