"Excellent and helpful service" Yoni Baron is always friendly and helpful whenever I bring my Mini in for service. He is very prompt in responding and has always been so easy to work with. He answers and explains any questions I have and always works with me to make sure whatever service on my Mini is needed is met. I would recommend him to anyone!

"Excellent Service and Support" Jonathan (Yoni) Baron manages the entire service experience from drop off to pickup by providing 5-Star Service. He is very knowledgeable about the Mini brand and is always available to answer questions related to customer service needs. Highly recommend.

"Battery replacement performed on on my 2014 Mini..." Battery replacement performed on on my 2014 Mini Convertible was completed in time frame and price quoted by Yoni. He took the time both by phone and in person to go over the service as well as upcoming service needs. Highly recommend Yoni and the Mini of Baltimore service center.Yoni is professional and thorough.

I emphasized "as always" because I’ve owned Minis for many (no pun intended) years, and Yoni’s always provided exemplary service, regardless of the size of the job. Thanks Yoni!

"Alan Rolo cut is my service advisor. He has helped..." Alan Rolo cut is my service advisor. He has helped resolve a repair issue through another dealership. He also has worked thru contractors providing services to the dealership to reduce the cost to me. He keeps me informed on the progress of my service and communicates effectively the service or repairs that are required.
