"Best service I have ever experienced" The service manager Allen Rolocut was excellent, and provided the best service I have ever experienced. The technician overcame many obstacles to service my older Mini, and had to adapt new parts to the old cpu. The dealership provided a new loaner for 28 days due to the parts from overseas and held in customs. All in all a great experience, and everything works! Harrison

"Always there when I need them" I recently took my car in for service and as usual, Allen Rolocut, took care of everything perfectly. I always want to be prepared for my visits so I reached out to Allen prior to my appointment regarding any concerns I had with regard to my vehicle. Once again, my mind was put at ease when Allen immediately responded via email and then also addressed every detail once I arrived on site. I appreciate the top notch customer service that Allen and the rest of the team at Mini provide! Michelle

"Making car service a pleasant experience" Having to take your car for service is seldom a fun day. But, with Allen Rolocut as your service advisor, it’s a stress-free experience. Having a clean, comfortable waiting area and a friendly, helpful staff is a big bonus as well. I can’t imagine having my Mini serviced anywhere else!
