"Allen Rolocut is the Best Service Advisor!!!" Allen has always made me feel comfortable, he is very friendly, caring and I feel he has my best interest at heart. "Yoni Yoni Yoni" I purchased a pre-owned Mini from Mini of Baltimore and everyone I’ve worked with has been exceptional especially Yoni, who treats me like family. "Yoni is the BEST!!!" Yoni always explains the scope of work in a way that I understand. He's always willing to explain and even show me on the vehicle so I can better understand what's being done. I have left items in the loaner car and he always make sure that I get them back. Truly a pleasure to work with.

I have never been recommended service that my Mini does not need. Allen also takes the time to get to know each one of his customers and treats them like friends and family versus just customers. "Recent Visit" Recently took my 2011 Mini in for engine service and repair of my front grill. As always, Yoni treated me with the utmost care and respect. "Best Service Advisor Ever!" Yoni is the most personable and knowledgeable service advisor that I've ever worked with. Yoni thoroughly obtained all the information related to our malfunctioning braking system and determined the system needed to have its software updated. That repair solved the problem!
