"After purchasing my Mini, I needed to bring it into Allen..." After purchasing my Mini, I needed to bring it into Allen to remove a few small dings. I was provided with a loaner car, which was extremely convenient as I was able to go about my day. While they had my car, Allen noticed a small tear in my canvas top. After the replacement part arrived, Allen and his team were able to replace the entire canvas top within a couple of days. I’m very glad that that was noticed and fixed before winter comes along. "Service department is the best!" I always receive great service from Mini of Baltimore. Allen is awesome. He explains in detail what needs to be done, with accurate estimates for time and cost. All with a smile and friendly attitude. He and the rest of the service team are why I’m on my second Mini and will be looking to buy another one soon.

"Mini of Baltimore Service" MINI of Baltimore rocks-and Yoni is awesome. I am always happy when I leave there from having my “toy” serviced. Yoni is efficient, and he keeps me posted on the status. I always feel he is genuinely concerned about things being done correctly. I haven’’t met the folks who work on my car-but I can say I am always pleased with how my car runs and the condition it is in. I highly recommend this dealer.

"Yoni at Mini of Baltimore County is always professional..." Yoni at Mini of Baltimore County is always professional and considerate. He explains what is wrong with my Mini in language I understand. I believe in their service department that I paid to have my car towed from Rehoboth Beach DE , 130 miles. I have never been disappointed.
