"All of the positive reviews are telling the truth" Yoni and Allen have helped me on two separate occasions recently regarding my MINI's service. Allen was helpful in scheduling a last minute oil change and took care of my transportation to and from work, being the only service advisor in the dealership that day. Yoni is my go-to Service Advisor and was able to put me in a loaner the same day that my MINI's battery died.. "Service with a Smile" Well had my 2013 Cooper in for some standard service. Thankfully the team at Mini of Baltimore does a thorough inspection. They found a leaking gasket and strut mounts that were worn out. Hmm I thought I heard a “clunking” noise. Yoni Baron kept me informed and worked with the extended warranty company to get much of the repair worked cover at no expense. This is a dealership I enjoy going to! Mick

"YONI FOR THE WIN" I have been a very loyal customer to MINI of BaltoCo. for a few years now....so much that, I sadly sold my last mini and 3 months later, took the hit to get another, I LOVED IT SO MUCH!!! I was just in for a brake pad replacement, as always TREATED WITH TONS of respect, courtesy and HELPFULNESS by everyone at the dealer---can't say enough about MINI OF BALTOCO and YONI!

"Second MINI and counting!" My wife and I are getting our second MINI from MINI of Baltimore County. Everyone we've dealt with since getting our first MINI 3 years ago have been terrific. For sales, we've worked with Jason Rourk quite a bit but on our recent visits also enjoyed talking with Collin Fox and Case Wallace. They were both very helpful. Jason and his team are the best. In the past 3 years, routine service appointments with Yoni Baron and Allen Rolocut have been a breeze! Thanks everyone!
