"Customer Focused" Before I bought my Mini, I would never go to a dealer for service. Now I won"t go anywhere else. Nobody but Mini of Baltimore touches my baby! She is 10 years old and still going strong thanks to them. The service advisors are knowledgeable and honest! They will go the extra mile to ensure that you are happy.

"Mini is my baby" Its been 4yrs I have been a Mini and I literally take care of the car like a baby... I work with Yoni at the service center and he is great and does take care of the car... He is very polite and straight forward with the discussions... I have met a few really good service associates and Yoni is one of them...

"Very satisfied customer!" I can't say enough good things about the service at Mini of Baltimore County. Allen Rolocut is my service advisor and he is great! Allen knows so much about Mini Coopers and he always explains what work needs to be done and why it's necessary. He also reminds me when routine maintenance is due. I wouldn't feel comfortable trusting my car to anyone else. I know that when I take my car in for service, it will be done right. My car is a 2009 and I've never taken it anywhere else for service. "Yoni Baron has s the best!" Best customer service ever! My 2011 mini purrs like a kitten and runs like new! Thanks for taking care and listening to my concerns! My only negative feedback is that they didn’t vacuum behind the rear seats! But I can overlook the oversight this time!
