"They deliver premium customer service that never disappoints" I would recommend this dealership. They're both very welcoming and professional. I've had my R56 cooper serviced at the MINI of Baltimore location for some years now after switching from the other Maryland locations. "No hassle" I was able to schedule service on-line for a date and time that worked for me. My service advisor met me as I pulled in, and got me checked in quickly. I waited while the service was done, and found the waiting area to be very comfortable. The final cost was exactly what I’d been told it would be.

"Allen Rolocut and Jeff Wright absolutely ROCK! " I had to have my clutch and flywheel replaced in my JCW. Another in a long list of expensive repairs to my Mini. While I certainly could have saved some money by taking it to a certified independent Mini Specialist, the customer service provided by Allen keeps me coming back to the Mini dealer.
