"Excellent ignition system service." I the coils and spark plugs replaced on my 2009 Mini Clubman. The car was delivered on time and for less than the original cost estimate. The service manager, Allen Rolocut, did an excellent job explaining my bill and the service preformed. Mini of Baltimore is the only dealer that's serviced my Mini and they have consistently provided exellent service.

"Thank you to Allen Rolocut" I am a returning Mini owner, coming back to Mini of Baltimore. The service staff are wonderful. I recently had a Click & Drive installed in my new Mini, and Allen Rolocut could not have been nicer. He arranged the installation for a time and date that worked for both me and Mini, and made sure that I was able to have a loaner while the work was completed. Allen is always pleasant and helpful. "A-One Service, Personalized Attention, Worth Driving To" Yoni has been my service manager through almost 3 leases which is close to 9 years. "Consistently Excellent!" It was time for my Countryman's 70k check-up, I call Yoni, he tells me its a simple inspection and oil change, we find a time in the morning, my wife and I come up drop off the car, go next door and have a nice breakfast (the snacks at Mini are nice, but not as good as the Chai Tea next door), walk back over and my car is done and cleaned inside and out. What's not to love!

"Nick of Time" I am so thankful for Joni. I was leaving for the shore and my car needed an oil change and I was busy and it was just one of those days! I call Joni and in a calm voice he tells me he can take care of it just bring the car in. Joni put the 3 quarts I needed in himself and made sure I would be safe for my trip. "Compassion for frustration" Sometimes anomalous things happen and the service staff are confronted with the brunt of it. I experienced an impairment of the auxiliary radiator of my very young Countryman. Needless to say, this non-warranty casualty was irritating and frustrating. It also occurred 150 miles from the dealership and required a sequence of tows and many hours to arrive for assistance. This is the challenge I presented to Yoni. He was patient and compassionate.
