"Awesome service team!" As always, Joni and the entire service team were courteous and friendly. Joni goes out of his way to make sure that you are well informed throughout the service visit. I actually look forward to my service visits at MINI of Baltimore County because it is always a pleasant experience!

"First class in friendliness and quick service" I have tried another mini dealership closer and no one is as quick and complete as Mini of Baltimore! They go out of their way to get car in quick and then serviced quickly with a free car wash to boot. Highly recommend

"Allen is the best!" Allen Rolocut is excellent to deal with regarding service. Awesome communication, and very helpful when explaining what extra service items might need to be completed. I always feel like I can trust Allen with his analysis of service. Also, Mini of Baltimore always offers a loaner car free of charge which is so convenient and they wash your car. Amazing service and always excellent service work!

"Ask for Mr. Rollocut" Allen Rolocut elaborated the process of servicing and he helped me saved a trip back for an oil change by performing it in couple of months in advance. He’s very proactive and empathetic. The reservation staff also was very courteous to give a very convenient time for service

"Amazing staff, great service advisors and quality work." Yoni and staff in Service center are great. They are genuine service advisors and make recommendations for prioritizing service. Since 2006 I have serviced my car there and enjoy that they Mini of Baltimore have kept my cars driving like it's new. Other dealers tell you they deserve a 10 but the service at Mini of Baltimore is the best.

"Toni is great to deal with!" Toni was courteous, professional, and helpful every step of the way. His patience was greatly appreciated. Also, this dealership has a perfect waiting area with comfortable seating, a TV so you can catch up on the Baltimore news (ha ha), and refreshments. Perfect!
