"Thorough Service" My Mini is getting up there in age and I was not looking forward to the price tag for the needed maintenance on my most recent visit, but Yoni is always so pleasant to deal with. He is very thorough in explaining what needs to be done, and is thoughtful in keeping me updated on progress and expected completion. Thank you, Yoni! :)

"Vehicle Serviced" We had our '08 Mini Countryman in for service recently and we couldn't be more happy. They were very friendly and kept us up-to-date on the status of our car. I'd highly recommend taking my Mini there for service to anyone!

"Allen Rolocut and Yoni Baron are the best!!!" I have a very tight work schedule and I am always squeezed in when I need service. The most recent was this past week and I had to have an oil change ASAP. Allen Rolocut told me to come over immediately and I was in and out in no time! "Absolutely wonderful!" The service department staff at the Baltimore Mini, Allen and Yoni, are absolutely fabulous! They are personable, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and unbelievably kind! "Great customer service " Mini of Baltimore has an excellent team of professional. I always feel welcome there and satisfy about repairs made in my car. My service adviser, Allen Rolocut, is awesome and very professional. He always takes time to explain all the options available about what needs to be fixed and help me make the best decision. I would definitely recommend any mini owner to try this dealer.

"Only as good as the people" I keep thinking it can’t get any better but the service I get at Mini of Baltimore County keeps topping itself. Of particular note is the treatment I get from Yoni Baron.
