"Mini of Baltimore Excellent Service- as always" I've had multiple Minis and there are so many multiple reasons I keep buying them. One they're the easiest to park in the city and two the service I receive at Mini of Baltimore County. Yoni Baron is always over the top friendly and attentive and the waiting area is clean and inviting.

"Allenand Yani are the best" The service department is great, Allen and Yani are always friendly and knowledgeable. They remember us even when we haven’t been in for awhile. The only reason we continue to go to Mini of Baltimore County is the service writers and service department.

"The Best Service Center Ever!!!!!" I pass my service day by a few weeks and I reached out to mini to see if I could get a oil change scheduled for the next day Yoni informed me it was no problem he could get me in. When I got there it was so smooth and easy, Yoni thought of everything for me even the battery change of my key fob.

"Best Service Around" I use to dread going to have my car serviced. Ever since I started coming to Towson of Mini that all changed. Allen Rolocut has been my Service dealer contact and it has never been an unpleasant experience. Allen Rolocut goes above and beyond to make sure my Mini is serviced well. As long as Allen is around I will continue my services with the dealership.

"A Pleasant Surprise" We bought our 2013 MINI used from a Landrover/Jaguar dealership, so were unaware of the whole MINI service deal. When hubby realized we had a coolant leak I did some calling and found out that there was a week left on a prepaid maintenance plan from the original owners. I spoke to the original dealership and arranged towing through Roadside Assistance. "Friendly, helpful and go the extra mile!" I came in because the yellow engine light was on and the car was operating at half capacity. Even though I did not have an appointment Allen was able to help me immediately, got me a loaner car and kept me posted as to what was wrong and how long it would take to complete the job. I really appreciated the great service and communication!
