"The correct choice!" So after 25+ years in a Miata, I made the switch to a MINI. Loved it right off the starting line! Unfortunately I hit a nasty pothole and needed to replace a tire after only 5K miles. No worries, Allan R. In service was on it. Any dealership can sell me a car...but “service is king” for the rest of my ride. Right? The Towson MINI is a well run business keeping in touch with me through the process. I’m impressed.

"first rate" Although I have used other Mini Service centers due to temporary relocation; however, I keep return to Baltimore Mini Service center because they are first rate.n Allen Rolocut and Yoni Baron have always made me feel relaxed in seeing to my concerns and always go the extra mile in getting my vehicle completed as promised.

" Excellent service......" I had to get my A/C checked out. Unfortunately it took overnight to complete. It was wonderful to receive a loaner MINI to ease my stress. It worked out perfectly. My service advisor Yoni Baron was always able to meet my concerns and answer all my questions. An amazing service advisor! Everyone was so pleasant to deal with.
