What can I say about Butch. He’s the consummate professional: polite, a great communicator (promptly returning phone calls), knowledgeable (if he doesn’t have the answer, he’ll quickly find out and get back to you). If you visit MINI of Concord and run into Butch to just do a walk-about and check out all the cool cars that’s fine. He’ll just drop by every once in a while to see if you have questions. Could not be more please with how I was treated by Butch and his team! He was polite, and effortlessly patient working with me, and my slightly challenging situation (Trade in). Dealerships usually make me a bit nervous and out of sorts, however at Mini of Concord I was treated with respect, I never felt pressured, rushed, or uncomfortable. I cannot wait to bring my new Mini in for it's first wash, and to continue a great relationship with Butch and the Concord Mini team. THANK YOU!

We never had a car purchase experience that was so pleasurable and fun! Therese was very knowledgeable, nice and humorous. It was inspiring! So much so that we left with our MINI a couple of hours later. Buying a car can be such a drag, but Therese turned it into a very pleasant and satisfying experience.

Therese Johnson provided excellent customer service. As you know, the car sells itself but without the customer service, why would you spend the money? Well…that's where Therese comes in. Without her knowledge and tenacity, we simply could have gone elsewhere. However, that did not happen because upon meeting her, her enthusiasm, knowledge, and ability to answer any and all of our questions with a smile and a non-pushy disposition led us to purchase the car. Michael is an affable, enthusiastic and very capable salesperson with a fantastic and captivating, ever present smile. You can discern from the very first interaction that he loves his job. Claro Tagle (from sales) did a great job assisting us in our purchase. He made the purchasing and finance process quite painless. My wife wants to purchase her own Mini in the future. When we do, we will definitely go back to Mini Of Concord and, particularly, to Claro for the sale.
