Therese went above and beyond while we were in limbo in getting our new Mini. She made sure our son had the best time of his life while we were signing our paperwork, which made our experience easier. She was just amazing!

Wife and I came to visit interested in purchasing a new Countryman. Butch approached us as we were walking around looking at MINIs and offered us help, information, assistance without hassling or pressuring us into signing paperwork or sitting down to look at numbers, etc...
