There was no stress with this purchase. Jason made it easy and quick. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I only had a short amount of time and the entire team worked to get me out in record time.
I gave a high and exellent rating to Kevin Hong because he made sure that the problem of our mini clubman had been addressed and fixed to make sure our car will not only run again but better function. He explained every detail for us to understand whats goiing on.

This is my second time leasing a car from this dealership and working with Claro Tagle. The wonderful experience I had 3 years ago buying my first Mini, brought me back to same place and the same person I was working before this time. Everything was done to back then and now to satisfy me as a customer and I'll be back next time for a new car. Jason was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. He came in early to meet with us as we had a tight schedule to test drive the vehicle and complete all the paperwork and catch a plane that afternoon.
