Jason Krupa was great. We drove up from Fresno with an appt. at 10:45 and as promised Jason was right on time. Had the car we picked out washed and filled the tank and by noon we we had our deal. Jennifer Sims was also fantastic. She explained all the details of the contract and saved us money by finding a cheaper rate than what we had been approved for. Overall experience was painless and I would do it again Thank you, Mario & Gina Peragine

I was well informed and well explained of whats wrong with my car. Kevin was there to helped me out. I've been coming in there for regular service for my MINI and every time I go there, I'm satisfied with there services rendered. I highly recommend Kevin and the rest of the staff. Great work!!

We knew what car we wanted and had the most pleasurable experience getting our dream car with Jason. He accommodated us very well. We live 2 hours away and told him that our preferred way of communication was through email. He was very professional, patient and assisted us every way he can to get the price we wanted to pay for our Mini. We had a not so great experience with another Mini dealership, who shall not be named, and went to Mini of Concord with some reservations. However, from the moment I contacted them, before they even opened, Jason had won me over with his responsiveness and friendliness. Walked on to the lot thinking my wife and I would just look at available "gently" used Minis. Butch M approached us to introduce himself and then left us alone. I felt unstressed and comfortable. When I did have questions Butch was there with answers. Eventually we did purchase that day trading in our old vehicle and receiving an excellent deal. Thanks Butch and crew I will recommend your dealership!

Claro made us feel at home from the first phone call. We felt like we were working with a friend. He's not aggressive or pushy, but very helpful and courteous. He's very knowledgeable with the minis and he drives one himself! His customer service is outstanding and he spent a lot of time going over the car with us. I would give him a 6 star rating if I could.

Okay, here we go…Shane Cofer was our service advisor and he was in a word: Great! If you want to be treated with respect and thoughtfulness then Shane is the man, person, individual…what is the politically correct term? :) Trust me when I say, he is outstanding at his job and will extend top notch quality service to you and your vehicle.

This was my first time buying a car, and Butch changed all my preconceptions of the 'slick' care salesman. From the initial online inquiry into a pre-owned Mini, Butch was very transparent in what was available - providing detailed specs of all the pre-owned Minis. This was important to me as other salesmen who were closer to San Francisco played coy and gave vague details, all in hopes of getting someone into the dealership.
