This was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. First of all, when we walked in, everyone was friendly and professional, without feeling the pressure of the staff or the salesman. Our sales guy was Butch. He was personable and super helpful in answering all of our questions. Not once did we feel manipulated or pushed by him. Therese Johnson was an exceptionally good car salesperson. She was enthusiastic, approachable, dedicated and understanding. Buying a car is a big decision, and I felt that she truly wanted me to do what was right for me. She spent a lot of time, first with my husband and then with me; she was always available, but I didn't feel harassed or pursued. I was determined to buy a new Mini Cooper S Countryman AWD before the new year. Butch was courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and took the edge of what might have been a stressful experience with his buoyant outlook and good spirits. We drove several cars, took several hours, and in the end I got the car I wasted, at the price I wanted, and left wanting to recommend Butch toanyone in the market for a mini cooper.
Butch was an awesome salesman. He was friendly, energetic and efficient. After the sale was complete he took care of things that add the extra personal touch like placing a large red bow on my new cute little mini, than took several pics of me and my new addition. Everyone in the store was super friendly. There like one big happy family. Thanks Butch and the rest if the mini family!
We had a wonderful experience at MINI of Concord thanks to Butch Madayag. Butch was incredibly friendly, helpful and relaxed. He let us guide ourselves toward the car we wanted, and once we found it, he worked with us to shape the deal that worked best for us. We've been around shady car dealers in the past. And Butch was a welcome antidote to all of those bad memories. I cannot more highly recommend a dealer.
Butch knows how to find what you need even if your first visit wasn't successful in buying a car. He is very patient when it comes to waiting for the right deal catered to your needs. I went to SF Mini and was pitched with a similar deal that Butch presented to me in Concord Mini. The difference was Butch knew how to pay attention and not force anything down your throat. In a word: FANTASTIC. I spoke with every dealership in the area, looking for a specific MINI. Not only was Jason prompt, but he helped me find exactly what I was looking for and gave me options the other dealers did not. I typically dread the car buying experience, but every aspect (even down to the Finance Department!) of this purchase was simple and, frankly, pleasurable! Highly recommended for your next MINI purchase!
