Jason was the best car salesperson I have worked with in years. I contacted all the Mini dealers in the area and was amazed at how unresponsive and unhelpful they were. Jason was straightforward, helpful and in the end it was his professional and honest demeanor that clinched the decision to buy. I dropped into MINI of Concord on a whim with one of my kids. Donna was very patient with my daughter, who I wanted to see how she was able to enter and exit a Clubman (she did not like a friends standard MINI). After spending what I felt was a sufficient amount of time there with a child, I asked could we continue discussions another time. This was my first time buying a new car and we got recommended to Donna. I'm so glad we did. It was the best experience ever, she made it so fun and was there for any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process. The people are super friendly, sincere and warm. I went on a Saturday and understandably it was busy; but despite that the staff was very congenial and handled everyone with a smile. I appreciate the service and would recommend them to anyone who wants to enjoy a hassle free first time buying experience :)

I came to the dealership with my dad and we both didn't know what to expect, but Jason Krupa helped us out with the process so much. We arrived at MINI Concord only a few minutes before closing, but Mr. Krupa was very friendly enough to still attend to us.
