The service was great and Jason was incredibly helpful. This is the first car i've ever bought, and wanted it to be an easy, and enjoyable experience. The price was right, the environment was great, and I'm very happy with the car still. I would recommend MINI of concord to anyone looking to buy a new/used car.

I had a good experience working with Jason Krupa of Concord Mini. It truly was hassle free. From the very beginning Jason dealt directly with the facts in a fair and honest manner. The price negotiation started fairly, not at a hyped up, above MSRP value. I believe I got a fair deal. Jason went out of his way to take care of a few oversights in the order. Jason was awesome. Mini Coopers sell themselves, but Jason was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. You can really tell how much Jason loves working at Mini. I have given the ratings above because my purchase experience on this occasion was as positive as my first MINI purchase from MINI of Concord in 2005. Positive to me means customer service oriented and the service provided could not have been more in tune with assisting me realize the car I wanted at the desired terms and delivery promised. Claro and everybody I dealt with at MINI of Concord was super nice and always on my side. They went out of their way to help me customize the car I wanted (and finally bought) and were constantly taking my personal needs into consideration. I enjoyed my buying experience very much.
Jason was direct and concise in what Mini of Concord was willing to do in regards to price and we were able to make a deal quickly. I am very pleased with the whole process. As a bonus, the detail shop was extremely helpful with questions about my old car (how to remove pine sap from the paint)as well as my new car (which wax to use). I really appreciated the friendly, no-nonsense approach.
