Michael was excellent. He was friendly, professional and explained everything with patience and deep knowledge. I came to Concord Mini. thinking of shopping for a BMW, but stopped by to check the mini later. He was able to convinced that this car is best for me. I've had it for a few days and I love it.
I came in thinking that a mini was just a mini. Boy, was I wrong! I was greeted with enthusiasm by Therese, who proceeded to not just educate me but truly introduce me to the culture that is mini! Though I left without purchasing, when I am ready I know exactly who i am going to see..
Shopped all over the Bay Area for the perfect convertible Mini. Concord was a far drive from Hollister but let me tell you working with Claro and this dealer it's well worth it! Best prices and the cars are in great condition...Check them out, you won't be disappointed.
My husband and I visited Mini of Concord because I was interested in purchasing either a new or used Mini with a manual transmission (not common). Claro helped us. He helped us evaluate the pros and cons of purchasing a 2009 on the lot which we liked to the possible purchase of a new one. We decided on the 2009 model. The process was easy, Claro handled everything professionally, knowledgeably, and in a pleasant manner. We highly recommend Claro!

We met Claro first, and he showed and offered a car that had just been traded and had not yet introduced onto the market. I had gone there to sit and try out different models to see which one 'fit' me the best. I had done my research so I basically knew which ones to look for. When Claro left due to his shift ending, Jason took over. I was a walk in client but made my research thru their website, and i applied for financing on their website a few days before my visit. I had a great experience. I was out of the dealership with my new Mini JCW Coupe in no time. I travelled all the way from Santa Rosa and it was worth it! And as for Mr Tagle who assisted me, he is the best! He answered all my questions and more! Certainly they exceeded all my expectations.
I am very impressed with the service so far. As i have my own business {far from the dealership, and could not close in order to drive out}- instead they came to me, with a loaner car, and took mine for its service and also assisted in bringing the car back. Very, very pleased!!! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car, along with excellent "customer care".
