Jason was wonderful to work with! He was thorough, answered (patiently) all my questions while we were considering buying a new Mini Cooper. He always got back to me right away, and explained the options and features for each Mini model. We are very happy with the car, got JUST what we wanted, and will recommend Jason and that dealership to others.
It was a good experience overall. The agent was very helpful with my research on optimium lease term. Having the shuttle pickup at BART was helpful as well. MINI of Concord also brought over the potential vehicle from another nearby dealership rather quickly.
I haggled with 3-5 dealerships. Claro gave me the best price over the other dealers. At first he was hesitant to discuss pricing over the phone. I advise that I lived about 3 hrs away and would not drive up until I had a firm and best price on a Mini Clubman S. He was a very exceptional person to deal with, no complaints.
Jason Krupa, lst rate salesperson. Listens far more than he talks!! Good product knowledge. High degree of professinalism/.. Pardon me, but I don't understand how you can tell a customer what to write and how long to write. I have nothing else to say other than fact Mr. Krupa represents himself and your dealership very well.. TOP NOTCH...

Great customer service. Claro was so friendly and even stayed a few hours after-hours to make sure everything went smoothly! He also called and emailed once in a while to make sure I was enjoying my Mini and that everything was alright. Would definitely recommend to friends (already have!) and come back for my next car !!
Overall made the car buying experience pleasurable and very manageable. The only ding on customer service was for sometimes lack of responsiveness and having to follow up to get some information. However this wouldn't stop me from working with this person again or with this dealer - so far it's been a positive experience
