I went into this dealership several times & actually spoke with several different people/sales persons--asking questions etc. Everyone was very helpful & friendly. By the time I was ready to buy...I stayed with Donna as I spent the most time with her overall. Mini is a very unusual company first & foremost, if you buy one, you'll understand what I mean. The whole process was easy & felt honest, & mostly I just love my new clubman--it's a blast to drive & I get very good gas mileage too.
Jason was knowledgeable and thoughtful. He pointed out all the options and explained them well, without making me feel under any pressure. As a result, I feel like I got exactly the car I wanted, with the extras best suited to me. When I emailed him for more information, he answered thoroughly and promptly. Mini of Concord is the Best! Claro was perceptive to all of our buying styles, my mother, husband, and myself. He truly made the sale, was knowledable, helpful, and just plain nice! The finance lady was real helpful too. She got me the best deal which in turn afforded me the ability to purchase the extended maintenance warranty! I met up with Claro Tagle and he immediately asked if I needed any assistance. I said "Yes, thank you." He was finalizing some deal with another customer but handled working with both me and the other clients so eloquently. Claro Tagle was a pleasure to work with in the purchase of our Mini. I had come to Concord Mini after experiencing the car sales hustle down at Mini of Pleasanton, where I originally went because Costco supposedly had a buyer program through them. Concord of Mini, and working with Claro, was a breath of fresh air after my Pleasanton experience, and I will be happy to recommend both Claro and Mini of Concord to friends and relatives in the future.

Jason was great to work with. He was very nice and i was happy with the deal we worked out. I love my new clubman!! The price and financing were great. There was not TOO much back and forth on the trade-in. All in all it was a good experience and i would buy another car from Jason easily.
From the moment I talked to Jason he treated me as though I was the dealers best customer. Exceptional service and attitude! Paperwork was sent overnight, communication was immediate and called me from his cell phone on his off day to follow up A++++
The entire staff at MINI of Concord was very friendly and helpful during the purchasing process. Jason in particular was very upfront and honest. In addition, he took the time to explain all the features and options of the car, as well as answer any questions or concerns that I had. This was a great car buying experience.
