This was my first time working with this dealer, but I found them to be very friendly and fair. Really enjoyed working with Jason Krupa. Plus, they have a great inventory, so I was able to find the car I was looking for. Had a quick follow up question re: my iPhone and they addressed it immediately.

Years ago my son Sherman Koo had bought a Mini from this dealer, and he is happy with the salesperson and the car. In fact, a friend of his also bought a Mini here due to his recommandation. Jason Krupa was very helpful to find for me the car with the options I want.
Jason is a pleasure to work with. He bent over backwards to get us the Mini we wanted in the time we wanted it. He kept in cointact with e-mail every day to make sure we were both on the same page. Jason came in on his day off to close the deal. He is extreamly professional and knows how to close the deal. We actually found a car we liked better @SF Mini and had horrible service. I knew I wanted a MINI and had been to 3 other dealerships. But when I walked into MINI of Concord, I felt at home. The salesman, Jason Krupa, was friendly, not at all pushy and very helpful. Buying a new car usually wasn't a fun experience, sales people were so pushy. Working with Jason Krupa at MINI of Concord was so pleasant it made me excited to buy my MINI. He was so patient with all my choices and questions. The dealership overall was very nice and you didn't feel a "hard sell" like they needed to get you to buy at all costs for some "quota".
