It’s been about 6 weeks since I bought my Mini and I have to say Donna was absolutely wonderful to work with. We found MINI of Concord after a souring experience at our local MINI dealer. We got online, checked the website, learned about financing AND got a call back that very day seeing if they could answer any other questions. We were able to apply for financing to pre-qualify and when we didn't, we talked to the dealership about extenuationg circumstances (IE not a number on a file) and the finance dept worked with us to get a plan. I had a great experience purchasing my new Mini Cooper S from Jason Krupa at Concord Mini. They list their prices, show pictures of the actual car you are interested in (not stock photos) and I got a quote over the phone. I did my homework and Mini of Concord had by far the best deals around. You might live closer to other dealerships but the money you save is worth a little drive not to mention you get treated as a VALUED customer at Concord. I shopped 5 different dealerships and Jason at Concord Mini came through with a great price. He was the only one that informed me of a recently offered value package that included options that I wanted on my ordered JCW, thus saving me money. I bought my car over email and worked with Claro. The overall experience was great! I knew what I was looking for and Claro was able to answer my questions quickly and succinctly.
