Review for BIll Jacobs Service Naperville Mitch is my service manager and is always a pleasure to deal with. Mitch and the team are always on time and communicate very well each time I bring the car in. They are always transparent and while I bring my car elsewhere for some minor service (long time mechanic) Mitch and the team never make me feel pressure to do otherwise.
Mini-Convert Mitch Shefveland and Marina Magnabosco are great to work with! Marina sold me my Mini about a year and a half ago. This was my first Mini. Marina made the buying experience enjoyable. I have never been able to say that about buying a car until now. Mitch has been my primary contact when I go back to have my car serviced.
