Bill Jacobs Mini Review Mitch is always a pleasure to work with. He does whatever he can to make sure my car gets serviced in a timely manner and he is always so informative. MITCH SHEFVELAND GETS IT DONE! I have taken my Mini to Bill Jacobs for service several times and have to say it is always an excellent experience. This is largely in part due to Mitch, the service advisor, who is excellent and providing me with the best service which is so rare In this industry. No hassles, beautiful facility, top-notch for sure! I highly recommend Bill Jacobs and do yourself a favor and request Mitch for all of your repairs because he is the best of the best and gets it done. In and out, Easy breezy!!
