MITCH SHEFVELAND GETS IT DONE! I have taken my Mini to Bill Jacobs for service several times and have to say it is always an excellent experience. This is largely in part due to Mitch, the service advisor, who is excellent and providing me with the best service which is so rare In this industry. No hassles, beautiful facility, top-notch for sure!
