Great Mitch has always been very personable and helpful. I thought my car needed repair and it didn?t need any repair but he did fill my fluid and washed the car. Super grateful!

MINI Service My service advisor, Mitch, is why I keep coming back to Bill Jacobs, and why I would consider another MINI. My car is over 100k miles and 16 years old (bought new from Bill Jacobs), so has had a few issues, but MINI has been easy to deal with.
