Buying a car at Bill Jacob's Mini Mitch and Rachel took very good care of us. It was emotional for me because my beloved '06 Mini Cooper died on the tollway. I did not buy my first Mini from them, but they have treated us like family. Mitch sent out a tow truck when my husband killed my Mini coming home from work. This was the quickest and easiest experience with buying a vehicle. They also have goodies and drink to help pass the time. It is a very comfortable and friendly place.
Sales Manager Mitch the service advisor at Bill Jacobs Mini is one of the best advisors at Bill Jacobs. I go to him for all my service needs and trust him to give me proper info and pricing. I was in a pinch because I had a nail in my tire and he got me in fast, put me in a rental so I could go to work and got it fixed that day! Can?t thank him enough
My Mini Cooper S was down for the count My Mini needed major surgery (timing chain and turbo replaced) and Mitchell Shefveland and the Bill Jacobs team helped me get my mini back running. I can't say enough for Mitch helped and counseled me through the cost shock of the repairs but really reached out and made the experience better than it should have been. Thank you Mitch and thank you Bill Jacobs for going beyond the normal service relationship. This was by far the best experience I have had with major repairs on a vehicle.

Bill Jacobs Mini is great! Bill Jacobs Mini is Naperville is the best. There are other dealerships closer to me but I MUCH prefer every aspect of their care care.
